All shipments outside of the Slovenia are shipped with the Pošta Slovenije Service. Delivery may take from 5 days to 3 weeks depending upon the destination country. All orders outside from Slovenia need to be paid in advance. Buyer is responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by your local government. Please check with your local post office for more information. In the event that an order shipped by Post is lost en route, we must wait for the claim to be processed. This can take up to 3 months.

RETURNS

If, for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached for an exchange or refund.You have 30 days from the date the goods are received to return any items. Cost of returned shippment is fully charged to the buyer. When returning your order, be sure to include your order number or a copy of your original packing slip and indicate if you would like a refund or would prefer an exchange. When requesting an exchange, please provide the style, size and color of the new item you wish to receive. If you do not have your invoice copy, please be sure to indicate your name, address, order number and reason for the return on a separate piece of paper.Goods subject to refund must be undamaged .
