3. PRICES

EU countries - all online prices are in Euros and already include the value added tax (VAT).

For NON EU countries - the 22% Vat/Tax will be excluded for companies!

Option to pay in other currencies.

Prices are valid on the date of purchase and contract completion. We reserve the right to correct any error in the publication of prices. You will receive a valid original invoice with your delivery.

4. RETURN OF GOODS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE TREATY

You have 30 days from the date the goods are received to return any items. Cost of returned shippment is fully charged to the buyer. Goods subject to refund must be undamaged and packed with original invoice attached. The buyer may return the goods to recover the purchase price, which the BeXtreme, Klemen Lotric s.p., credited to his TD within 15 days, and may decide to replace the product.

5. CLAIMS

The buyer may return the goods if the goods have characteristics that are explicitly promised by the seller when the seller sent the wrong product, wrong color, quantity or product. The buyer can return a product within 30 days from the date when the goods are recieved and requires immediate replacement of the same flawless product or refund the purchase price.

Bextreme Shop is not responsible for damage due to improper maintenance of products!

6. DELIVERY

Delivery will processed in agreed deadline. Free postage within Slovenia on all orders over 100,00 €. Otherwise postage will be paid by the purchaser in the price of Post Slovenia. International postage is paid by the purchaser in the price Post of Slovenia.

7. WARRANTY

If there is no warranty information, product has no warranty.

8. IMAGE AND TEXT

Due to different graphic settings of computer monitors the representation of individual colors may vary. Therefore, the BeXtreme Shop is not bound by the completeness and accuracy of image and textual material on the online store.

9. PURCHASE AGREEMENT - ACCOUNT

On acceptance of the purchaser with a copy and a copy will be kept by the BeXtreme -Klemen Lotric s.p., Nova vas 7, 4240 Radovljica, Slovenia, and is available upon written request.
